Established in 1993, it is the first sister school of the Group, in the County of Apodaca, N.L., and it offers the grades of Nursery thru Junior High.

In 1999 it applied for membership before the IB (International Baccalaureate) and complied, in four long years, with each one of the requirements to become an international school authorized to offer the Primary Years Program (PYP) for grades Kinder 1st thru 5th in 2003.

In 2007 it was authorized to offer the Middle Years Program (MYP) for grades 6th thru 9th.
